CUSTOMER SUPPORT

How Can We Help?

Tell us about your tug, aircraft, or support question. Providing the model and serial number helps our team respond more quickly.

For immediate assistance, call (801) 855-7757, extension 2, or email support@BestTugs.com.

Product Selection

Start with the aircraft’s maximum weight, landing-gear configuration, tire or wheel-pant dimensions, preferred operating style, and typical surface and slope. Weight rating alone does not guarantee fitment. Best Aviation should confirm the final tug and attachment configuration for your aircraft.
In many Best Tugs model names, the number indicates the aircraft-weight class in thousands of pounds. For example, an R12 is intended for aircraft up to 12,000 pounds, subject to aircraft-specific fitment and operating conditions.
Yes, with the correct product and attachment. Alpha models use their connecting-arm system. Bravo and Echo configurations may use a Quick Lock Fork with the proper aircraft-specific attachment. Lazy Susan and EZ Load systems are not compatible with wheel-pant aircraft, and Romeo models should not be recommended for wheel-pant aircraft.
Alpha is a lightweight manually operated solution. Bravo is a walk-behind powered tug family with multiple attachment options. Romeo provides remote-controlled aircraft movement. Echo is a ride-on tug family. Final selection depends on aircraft weight, gear geometry, attachment needs, surface, and operating preferences.
Surface and grade affect the force required to move an aircraft. As slope increases, the aircraft’s effective load increases and a larger tug may be required. Alpha is additionally limited by the downward force the operator can apply through the handle. Tell our team about grass, uneven surfaces, slopes, and tight clearances before selecting a tug.
Yes. Provide the aircraft make and model, maximum weight, landing-gear configuration, tire or wheel-pant details, and operating environment. Online product-finder results are preliminary; final fitment should be confirmed by Best Aviation.
